一、   网站的管理
  1、网站的建设与日常管理，由网站管理员（简称“网管员”）实施。
  2、网管员以负责、友好、和谐、共同发展为宗旨，提供一流的服务。具体为：负责网站建设、 管理（信息上传、删改）；每周二次巡视所有站点，及时做好文字翻译，保持与加盟的书画家联系。
  3、处理违反“承诺”的信息。重大事件直接报站长。
二、加盟本站的书画家先生，必须作如下承诺：
  1、遵守相关法律、法规，不涉及时事政治；
  2、诚实守信经营，杜绝不文明现象；
  3、遇问题、矛盾，请协商解决。
  4、支持、服从网管员工作，为共建一流网站作贡献。
　


Ⅰ Management of the site
    1. The construction and daily management of the site will be executed by the administrator of the site.
    2. The administrator will provide high-class services with responsibility, friendship, harmonious and development. The main responsibilities of the administrator are construction and management (uploading and modification of the information) of the website. Patrol all the “child sites” every two times per week, and complete the translation of the site. Keep contact with the artists.
    3．And the administrator should deal with the information about the acts against promise and report the critical situations to the site master.


Ⅱ The artists who join in our site must conform to the promise below:
    1．Conform to the laws and regulations and don’t touch upon anything associable with politics and current events.
    2．Be honest and keep faith to resist to the barbarism.
    3．All the problem and conflict should be deal with and negotiated by the mail of “Contact with the administrator”.
    4．Sustain and obey the job of the administrator of the site .and contributes for construction of our site.
